Nick began a primary teaching career in 1991 and took on his first Headship in 2002 having completed the NPQH. His time in Headship spanned 23 years and three primary schools. He completed his Masters in Leadership and Management in 2013. He is now a School Effectiveness Officer for the Diocese of Chichester.
