Lucy Butler has over 35 years in the public sector working for children and adult services.

Lucy has served as the Director of Children Services for both Oxfordshire and West Sussex County Council and she is now CEO of the South East Regional Care Co-operative, a brand-new organisation addressing the sufficiency challenges for children who are cared for.

Lucy is chair of the Staff College, a leadership organisation for people working with children and young people and also a trustee for the Social Worker of the Year Awards.
