Tracy is Clerk to Governors at South Downs Education Trust following over twenty years at the RSPCA. Tracy is also an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.

Tracy arranges and administers all trustee meetings and committees, as well as governing body meetings for Clapham and Patching CofE Primary School and Worthing High School.
