Elaine is responsible for the management of the Trust’s day-to-day finance functions, ensuring efficient financial operations, systems, process improvements and financial controls.

She has significant experience in finance, audit, payroll, pensions, compliance and procurement which she has gained by working in Local Government and Education for over 10 years.
