Richard was educated at Worthing High School in the 1990s and returned as a volunteer in 2008 to develop the school’s financial literacy programme.  His involvement in the school’s governance commenced a year later, seeing the school become an academy and then forming a multi-academy trust in 2020. He has held roles on various committees and is currently serving as the trust’s Chair of Trustees.  

By profession, Richard is a Chartered Financial Planner and is Managing Director of a Worthing based independent practice.
